Applied Medical Engineering, AME, is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal. The journal invites scientists and engineers throughout the world to exchange and disseminate theoretical and practice-oriented topics which cover two (2) major areas of research that include: 1) Biomedical Engineering, and 2)Medical Informatics (emphasis on new method and deep performance analysis). Submitted papers (original research, review, and study case article) must be written in English for an initial review stage by editors and further review process by a minimum of two reviewers. We intend to maintain and improve the high standards of excellence, visibility, and further development of the journal. The goal is to be indexed in Scopus and the Web of Science in the next year, with a continuous increasing the quality of the journal articles and visibility of the journal. The journal is registered in the CrossRef system with Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
